Friday, April 19th
Let the fun begin! Let's get right to it and move our bodies. We believe there is nothing better on a travel day than to get a workout to get the blood flowing and energy up. Erin and Chelsea will lead you through a fun and sweaty HIIT/dance cardio workout with a playlist that is sure to get you motivated.
Shower up and get ready for the most special oceanfront sunset dinner by Pop Up Picnic. You will swoon with the decor and walk away inspired to show up as our best self.
Saturday, April 20th
Rise + Shine
Start your morning practice together while you journal, enjoy a guided meditation and finish your cup of coffee. A few sweat sessions to follow led by Chelsea and Erin. A relaxing sound bowl meditation will lead us into a nourishing, yummy lunch and an afternoon of your choosing. Spa treatments to reserve or just sit poolside in our VIP cabanas. The recharge is up to you!

Evening dinner on the gorgeous resort grounds, followed by a cup filling festivity, maybe some dancing and drinks at the resort's speakeasy.
Sunday, April 21st
Do we have to say goodbye already? One last hurrah of movement with a ocean view hike + cup filling chats before we head back to real life.
